- Home prices are UP!?? Well, that’s what the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (OFHEO) says in a report released yesterday. According to the report, prices are UP 0.5% in the first quarter of 2007 as compared to the first quarter of 2006. The report is dense, but you can download it as a .pdf here.
- MyMoneyBlog takes an interesting look at what Jack Bogle, founder of Vanguard, invests in today. You can read the article here, and the answer may surprise you.

- Lower fees coming to a mutual fund near you. Huh? That’s right, the SEC is taking a hard look at what are called 12b-1 fees. These fees relate to certain costs mutual funds can charge investors, such as advertising expense. You can check out the SEC release here.
